MANAGEMENT
Coordination and monitoring of project planning and scheduling were executed through tracking work progress to verify compliance with contractual milestones, critical analysis, and management of selected project activities.
SUPERVISION
Quality control and supervision of the executed works, as well as verifying compliance with technical and administrative procedures across contracts, included:
- Evaluation of functional studies and designs for stations, terminals, access points, connections, and passenger circulation;
- Control and supervision of activities to ensure projects complied with technical design specifications and quality standards regarding urban space revitalization proposals;
- Control and supervision of activities to ensure project execution aligned with technical design specifications and quality standards for stations including: Bandeirantes Station (Line 7), São Carlos Station (Line 10, ABC Express, and Santos Regional Train), Lajeado Station (Line 11), ABC Station (Line 10, ABC Express, and Santos Regional Train), Pompéia Station (Lines 7 and 8), Pedreira Station (Line 9), and Cangaíba Station (Lines 12 and 13), under the contract for Market Studies and Functional Designs for new CPTM network stations.
CONSULTING, TECHNICAL, AND EDITORIAL SUPPORT
Consulting services comprised specialized advisory on technical matters outside the scope of supervised contracts, as well as the preparation of independent expert opinions, specific studies, and designs detailing functional, physical, and operational alternatives, accessibility, road alignment, and visual communication.
Technical and Editorial Support included, respectively, aligning CPTM projects with those of concessionaires and municipal governments, technical evaluation of functional studies and designs for stations and terminals—focusing on access elements, connections, passenger flow, and urban revitalization of adjacent railway spaces. Editorial support involved publication design, supervision, and technical assistance in the formatting, typesetting, graphic artwork, and digital/print publishing of technical deliverables, illustrative materials, and presentations to systematically document and promote CPTM’s studies and projects with unified communication standards.
