Main Project Features: Public concession for the use, operation, maintenance, conservation, and commercial exploitation of the historical assets comprising the Campos do Jordão Railway (Estrada de Ferro Campos do Jordão – EFCJ) Tourist Complex, including the Parque Reino das Águas Claras (PRAC) and associated infrastructure.
Activities Performed:
- Technical & Operational Modeling: Detailed engineering studies including permanent way and geometric design, signaling, telecommunications, auxiliary systems, traction power supply, overhead catenary, rolling stock specification, architecture/urban planning solutions, and operational/energy simulations.
- Economic & Financial Viability (EVTEA): Comprehensive economic-financial feasibility modeling, structural scenario testing, ancillary/non-farebox revenue estimation, and performance indicator (KPI) definition.
- Environmental, Social & Historical Studies: Historical-cultural diagnostics of EFCJ heritage, environmental and social risk assessments, climate impact analysis, land tenure surveys, and socio-environmental management plans.
- Regulatory & Institutional Framework: Institutional mechanism mapping, regulatory analysis, and risk matrix structuring tailored to heritage asset concessions.
- Market Engagement & Advisory: Mapping potential investors, conducting market sounding (roadshows), and reviewing baseline studies to support the State Government during tender structuring.
