Main project features: System composed of buses and LRT (Light Rail Transit / VLT) in the Baixada Santista Metropolitan Region (RMBS) comprising the municipalities of Bertioga, Cubatão, Guarujá, Itanhaém, Mongaguá, Peruíbe, Praia Grande, São Vicente, and Santos. Implementation of a 26.5 km LRT trunk line, alongside the procurement and rationalization of the intercity bus fleet. LRT investments divided into: Phase I: 19 km (Barreiros-Valongo stretch); and Phase II: 7.5 km (Samaritá-Barreiros stretch).

Activities performed: Calculation of Externalities and Benefits resulting from the implementation of the new system – Travel Time Reduction, Operating Cost Reduction, Accident Reduction, Pollution Reduction; Cost/Benefit Economic Evaluation producing key indicators – Economic IRR, Economic NPV, and B/C Ratio; PPP financial modeling for the Operation and Expansion of the LRT System integrated with the rubber-tired network.
