Activities performed: Consolidation of the Input Evaluation Flow, Development of a Dynamic Economic-Financial Model, Economic-Financial Assessment of the Project, Preliminary PPP Modeling and Estimation of Public Consideration/Resource Contributions, Preparation of the Unsolicited Proposal (MIP).
