Activities Performed: Due diligence on the business plan for the concession of Porto Alegre International Airport – Salgado Filho, prepared by Fraport, within the scope of securing financing from BNDES; Analysis of the assumptions adopted for the formulation of inputs such as demand, movements, revenues, OPEX, and CAPEX, as well as their consistency within the Business Plan; Identification of respective weaknesses that could compromise or entail risks; Evaluation of different scenarios and their respective impacts on profitability and bankability metrics, such as NPV, EBITDA, IRR, and DSCR.
