Main project features: Sponsored concession for the implementation of civil works and systems, supply of rolling stock, operation, conservation, maintenance, and expansion of Line 6-Orange, with 15.3 km of extension (Brasilândia – São Joaquim); 15 underground stations; 1 workshop and maneuvering yard; Operational fleet of 22 6-car trains. Activities performed: Evaluation of key assumptions used in the feasibility study of the concession and the impacts on cash flow; Analysis of the source of funds composition and capital structure; Evaluation of the remuneration mechanism (pecuniary consideration and tariff revenue) proposed in the modeling; Analysis of risk mitigation mechanisms and impacts on results; Evaluation of the structure of guarantees and insurance; Formatting of economic-financial equilibrium mechanisms; Advisory support in drafting concession bidding documents: bidding notice, draft contract, business plan guidelines, among others; Advisory support in clarifying doubts during the public hearing and public consultation.
