Main Project Features: Concession for the provision of public passenger transport services on rails for Line 8 – Diamond and Line 9 – Emerald of the metropolitan train network in the Metropolitan Area of São Paulo, including investments in the revamping, expansion, adaptation, and modernization of infrastructure. Line 8-Diamond spans 41 km, with 22 stations and a fleet of 36 trains, carrying a demand of 500,000 passengers per day. Line 9-Emerald spans 31.8 km, with a demand of 600,000 passengers per day, 18 stations, and a fleet of 36 trains.
Activities Performed: Economic-financial feasibility analysis: Concession fee or monetary consideration modeling considering alternative compensation models; project feasibility indicators; Value for Money analysis; detailed estimate of operational revenues and description and sizing of ancillary revenue sources with a detailed action plan, specifying the methods for generating and sharing these revenues with the State. CAPEX and OPEX modeling for operation, maintenance, and improvement projects.
