- Concession Alternatives Analysis: Assessed proposed concession structures and recommended alternative models to optimize project bankability and operational efficiency.
- Economic-Financial Feasibility & Modeling: Developed the final economic-financial model and valuation for the commercial operation of Metrô SP’s monorail lines under construction.
